On the reverse in light pencil is "St Nicholas Oakley"
watercolour on board, good colour and no fading. 32 x 24cm / 12.5 x 9.5" £250
'A skipping match' Charming Edwardian print c.1905-10 in original frame and glass. THE PAPER COLOUR IS DARKER THAN SHOWN HERE.
The original backing of boards has left a characteristic couple of strips on the front. They were removed at some point and a new backing fitted.
Truly lovely sheet of glass, with plenty of inclusion and "wavyness" and the oak frame is untouched and a good colour. It is tight on the mitres.
There are two pieces of moulding missing. Not a disaster and could be restored.
